* Burn permits only issued to burn brush materials.
* Do not burn on dry, windy days.
* Do not burn any treated lumber, roofing, carpet or foam materials.
Burning ordinances can be enforced by the Vernon Twp. Police Dept.
Burn permits in Vernon Township may be obtained by either Vernon Central
Hose Company or Vernon Township VFD. Your copy of the burn permit must
be available at the time of burning.
